Job Description

Senior Technology Leader to serve as trusted advisor to the Enterprise Operations & Shared Services business. This role sits within the Chief Operating Office (COO) Technology Organization. This strategic role is pivotal in owning and driving the end-to-end technology book of work specifically for the EOSS domain. This includes all aspects of Enterprise Operations solutions, such as Fraud, KYC, Business Operations Shared Services (BOSS), Procurement & Third Party Management (P&TPM), Global Workforce Management (GWM) and Knowledge Management (KM).

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a trusted strategic technology advisor to the EOSS business head
  • Drive the simplification and consolidation of technology platforms and solutions within the EOSS domain
  • Establish and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with COO strategy
  • Provide architectural oversight and direction for all COO technology initiatives related to Source to Pay
  • Lead the annual planning and quarterly reprioritization cycles for the EOSS technology portfolio
  • Manage portfolio financials
  • Orchestrate and lead complex, cross-functional delivery efforts for EOSS initiatives
  • Proactively identify and resolve impediments
  • Serve as the primary technology point of contact for COO leadership regarding EOSS
  • Facilitate high-impact Steering Committees, Portfolio Review Boards, and Architecture Review Board engagements
  • Identify, champion, and deliver AI-driven and automation opportunities across EOSS operations
  • Drive significant efficiency programs
  • Ensure all EOSS technology solutions and processes adhere to internal risk and control frameworks
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate technology-related risks within the EOSS portfolio

  • Experience translating complex business outcomes into a clear, actionable, and impactful technology roadmap
