Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Deploying and supporting enterprise network solutions across campus, branch, and data centre environments
Assisting with the creation of technical documentation, including low-level designs, implementation plans, and handover guides
Supporting the delivery of WLAN projects, including surveys, optimisation, and troubleshooting
Conducting wireless site surveys using tools such as Ekahau, analysing WLAN performance, and recommending improvements
Implementing and configuring wireless technologies including Cisco Catalyst Wireless, controllers, and access points
Working with project managers and senior engineers to ensure successful project delivery
Participating in assessments of existing networks to identify issues, risks, or upgrade requirements
Providing occasional presales support, such as basic bill-of-materials input or scoping assistance
Supporting knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams

Requirements:

Experience delivering enterprise network projects in medium-to-large environments
Hands-on knowledge of routing & switching technologies (Cisco Catalyst, Nexus preferred)
Good understanding of core routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP)
Practical experience with wireless networking, WLAN design principles, and RF fundamentals
Experience using Ekahau for Wi-Fi design, validation, and troubleshooting (desirable but highly beneficial)
Familiarity with Cisco Wireless controllers, access points, and WLAN best practices
Exposure to SD-WAN, DNA Center, or cloud-managed networking (advantageous)
CCNP or working towards equivalent level
Strong communication skills and a methodical, organised approach

Nice to have:

Experience using Ekahau for Wi-Fi design, validation, and troubleshooting
Exposure to SD-WAN, DNA Center, or cloud-managed networking
