Job Responsibility

  • Drive enterprise outreach and build strategic relationships with colleges, universities, and corporates (especially IT firms) to create a strong partnership ecosystem
  • Identify and engage partners who can recommend or adopt programs for their students/employees, contributing directly to leads, enrolments, and revenue
  • Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach and engagement with institutional and corporate decision-makers
  • Identify and leverage relevant events and forums (education conclaves, VC forums, industry events, etc.) to establish connects with institutional leadership and expand outreach impact
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Business teams to convert leads and partnerships into institutional business, ensuring strong follow-through and revenue realization

Requirements

  • Strong enterprise outreach and networking capability, with the ability to build and sustain relationships with senior stakeholders across institutions and corporates
  • Proven ability to generate leads and initiate strategic conversations through proactive outreach, events, and industry platforms
  • Ability to identify and leverage relevant forums/events (conclaves, industry platforms) to build meaningful connects and expand influence
  • Solid understanding of B2B/institutional sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder decision-making and long conversion timelines
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
