Job Responsibility:
Omnichannel Strategy & Execution: Lead or support data-driven engagement campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications
Matrix Leadership: Navigate and influence within a highly matrixed organization
Compliance & MLR Stewardship: Oversee the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process
Strategic Journey Mapping: Translate complex healthcare benefits and clinical data into accessible, "plain language" content for patients
MarTech & Data Analytics: Utilize enterprise tools (such as Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce, or Veeva) to deploy campaigns
Requirements:
2-10+ years in Marketing, Brand Management, or Marketing Project Management
Required experience in a highly regulated environment (Pharmaceuticals, PBM, Managed Care, or Healthcare Retail)
Deep understanding of patient privacy (HIPAA) and the nuances of marketing to diverse member populations
Proficiency with workflow and review tools such as Veeva Vault PromoMats, Workfront, and/or Adobe Experience Cloud
Demonstrated ability to manage numerous high-stakes workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Health Communications, Business, or a related field
