We are seeking a German speaking Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join a growing program supporting advanced AI solutions. In this role, you will drive new business growth, build strong enterprise relationships, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at consultative, relationship-driven selling.
Job Responsibility:
Generate and qualify enterprise leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and social engagement
Manage multiple high-value client relationships with strategic follow-up and a focus on long-term partnership growth
Understand customer needs deeply to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service
Navigate complex organizational structures to identify business priorities and influence decision-making
Partner with sales and support teams to execute effective sales strategies
Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
Provide strong support throughout the sales process to ensure a seamless client experience
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and performance
Requirements:
Native or fluent German speaker with C1-level English
Bilingual candidates in French, Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese are also highly desirable
Proven success in outbound B2B, tech, or SaaS sales, with mid-market or enterprise experience strongly preferred
Strong results orientation with the ability to consistently meet and exceed targets
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise stakeholders, including senior leaders and C-suite executives
Confident, consultative communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to executive audiences
Strong understanding of sales technology and familiarity with CRM and sales tools
Ability to receive and implement feedback to continuously improve performance
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly
High motivation and a proactive, self-driven approach
