Job Description:

Lovable is looking for an Enterprise Hackathon Producer to own the full lifecycle of hackathon experiences for enterprise clients, both in-person and virtual. This is a stage-forward, content-driven role for someone who is as comfortable hosting a live event as they are coordinating the behind-the-scenes logistics that make it run. You will be the face of Lovable's hackathon program, leading sessions on stage, facilitating participant workstreams, setting up Lovable workspaces, and working cross-functionally with CSMs, AEs, and the partnerships team to bring events to life.

Job Responsibility:

  • Host and Facilitate Hackathons: Lead hackathon sessions on stage as the primary host, guiding participants through the experience, delivering content, running demos, and keeping energy and momentum high throughout the event
  • Own Content and Programming: Develop and maintain hackathon curriculum, session content, and run-of-show frameworks that deliver a compelling, repeatable experience for enterprise participants
  • Set Up Lovable Workspaces: Configure and provision Lovable workspaces for participants ahead of each event, ensuring everyone has the access, templates, and starting point they need to build effectively on the day
  • Produce Virtual Hackathons: Host and produce virtual hackathon events end-to-end using platforms like BigMarker, managing live sessions, breakout rooms, Q&A, and technical setup to create a seamless online experience
  • Coordinate with CSMs, AEs, and Partnerships: Partner with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and the Partnerships team to schedule events, align on client goals, and ensure the right stakeholders are informed and prepared at every stage
  • Manage On-Site Logistics: Own run-of-show execution, and day-of operations for in-person events, serving as the point person from setup through closeout
  • Build and Improve Playbooks: Document processes, workspace setup checklists, and event frameworks to scale the program and reduce ramp time on future events

Requirements:

  • A confident on-stage host who is energized by live audiences and knows how to command a room, keep participants engaged, and make technical content feel approachable and exciting
  • 3 or more years of experience in event production, developer relations, community programming, or a similar role that combined hosting, content, and operations
  • Experienced with virtual event platforms including tools like BigMarker, Hopin, or similar webinar platforms, with a strong grasp of live session management, attendee experience, and virtual production
  • Technically comfortable enough to set up and configure Lovable workspaces, troubleshoot participant access issues, and guide non-technical users through a build experience without breaking a sweat
  • A strong cross-functional collaborator who works naturally with CSMs, AEs, and partner teams to align schedules, set expectations, and deliver a coordinated client experience
  • Highly organized and execution-focused with the ability to manage logistics, content, and stakeholder coordination simultaneously without letting details fall through the cracks
  • Willing and able to travel roughly 50% of the time for in-person hackathons across North America and potentially internationally

Nice to have:

  • Experience in developer advocacy, technical education, or product-led growth programs
  • Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and working alongside B2B go-to-market teams
  • Background in hackathon programming or community-led events for technical audiences
  • Experience with Lovable or similar AI-powered development tools

Requirements
  • 4+ years in a technical hands-on role: engineering, ML, solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML tooling: LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or equivalent)
  • Strong Python skills
  • comfort with APIs, cloud infrastructure, and developer tooling
  • Demonstrated presence in the AI community — meetups, open-source, writing, speaking, any of it
  • Based in San Francisco or willing to be deeply embedded here
  • Technically deep: you've built real things with AI. You can evaluate a new tool in an afternoon, spot architectural tradeoffs immediately, and hold your own in any technical conversation
  • Genuinely embedded: you're already showing up at SF AI events, or you will be within 30 days of starting. You find energy in these rooms, not obligation
  • A strong synthesizer: you can take a noisy week of conversations and distill it into three things that actually matter
  • Enterprise-aware: you understand what it means to deploy AI inside a large organization: procurement, security, integration complexity, change management, organizational politics
Job Responsibility
Job Responsibility
  • Attend AI meetups, research demos, hackathons, and conferences across the SF Bay Area as a consistent, trusted presence
  • Build a structured view of the AI vendor and startup landscape — what's emerging, what's enterprise-ready, what's overhyped
  • Run a regular intelligence loop: weekly signal briefs, monthly deep-dives for leadership, and ad hoc alerts when something important surfaces
  • Identify and track tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns gaining real adoption before they become mainstream
  • Build authentic relationships with AI researchers, startup founders, enterprise architects, and practitioners — as a peer, not a vendor
  • Become a known and trusted voice in the SF AI scene
  • someone people want to loop in, not avoid
  • Maintain a living network map of who's building what, who's thinking about what problems, and where the interesting work is happening
  • Get hands-on with new tools, APIs, and agentic frameworks — prototype and evaluate them firsthand before forming a view
