As an Enterprise Growth Manager, you’ll be part of a high-performing team with backgrounds spanning Stanford, Princeton, MIT, investment banking, corporate strategy, and high-growth startups. In this role, you’ll lead pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada’s core product suite within Fortune 500 companies. You’ll build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs and work closely with sales leadership to shape and scale our go-to-market strategy. This is a highly visible, high-autonomy role that offers the opportunity to directly influence Verkada’s growth in one of our most strategic verticals.
Job Responsibility:
Pipeline Generation & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through ABM for Fortune 500 companies
Scalable Infrastructure: Design and manage a scalable, repeatable framework for automated and ABM campaigns
Audience & Data Strategy: Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and the optimization of demand capture programs
Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns—from planning to execution to performance analysis
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success
Performance Monitoring & Insights: Track and analyze key campaign metrics
Requirements:
At least 4-6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally focusing on specific accounts
Strong understanding of ABM strategies, tapping into multiple channels - digital and outbound (webinars, direct mail, email, content syndication)
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations and product teams
Proficiency in data analysis, knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred
Experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and optimizing performance
You must be independently authorized to work in the U.S.
