Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Metrics Lead to join our Enterprise Generative AI team. This pivotal role will be responsible for defining, implementing, and overseeing the measurement framework that guides our GenAI strategy and demonstrates the value of our initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Define, implement, and oversee measurement framework for GenAI strategy
Establish KPIs, metrics, and reporting structures for GenAI solutions
Act as advisor to leadership on objectives and goals for measuring GenAI success
Design comprehensive metrics framework for product performance, user engagement, and financial impact
Lead strategy for resolving complex GenAI measurement challenges
Provide vision and expertise to senior leadership on tracking and analyzing GenAI performance
Engage with professionals across product, technology, risk, and finance teams
Represent Enterprise GenAI team in cross-functional groups
Coordinate companywide collaboration on GenAI measurement and reporting strategy

Requirements:

7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Engineering, or Project Management experience
Strategic mindset and deep analytical expertise
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership
Experience defining and implementing metrics, KPIs, and reporting for large-scale technology or product initiatives
Strong understanding of product analytics, financial analysis, and business intelligence
Familiarity with the GenAI space and its unique measurement challenges
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience with data analysis languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence and align cross-functional partners
Strategic thinker with ability to connect detailed metrics to broader business objectives

Nice to have:

Experience in financial services or banking industry
Previous experience with AI/ML measurement frameworks
Advanced degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
