Job Description:

Come join us as an Enterprise Finance Manager and partner closely with business leaders to shape high‑impact deals and investment decisions. In this role, you’ll bring financial insight to the front end of the business—spotting risks, unlocking opportunities, and turning data into clear, forward‑looking narratives. You’ll help leaders make confident decisions, translate strategic targets into accountable budgets, and drive sustainable growth while managing risk and upholding strong financial governance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Be the finance lead for deal insights and investment decisions informed by on multi-year account opportunity planning
  • Partner with Licensing/Business Development to optimize deal structuring and closing. Provide end-to-end assessment of deal/customer profitability incl. discount, customer investment, costs, Financing etc. (+compliance aspects)
  • Ensure Digital Win Room and deal-based investment requests high quality submissions
  • Partner with Operations team on deal-related FX, credit and collections topics
  • Actively engage with BDMs for key /strategic accounts: Sponsorship and TCO Conversations
  • Industry analytics and reporting to enhance the understanding of market opportunities/threats, identify scenarios ready to scale, and develop deeper insights on Azure consumption
  • Own Forecasting, building on Sales Excellence inputs (Deal Based Forecast) and trend analysis (materiality) to land product views
  • Lead the financial ROB for the Enterprise business including forecast and budget
  • Drive compliance in the Segment with focus on Sales Deals Execution and Proactive Risk Management
  • Oversee contract renewals to assure desired/targeted renewal rate
  • Leverage the AI Work Solutions and AI Cloud Platform Controllers to drive conversations around Consumption Top of the Funnel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience OR equivalent experience
  • Experience in multinational, matrix-based organizations, with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles
  • Office presence of minimum 3 days per week.

Nice to have:

  • Work experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
  • Fluency in Italian language.
