Providing an excellent and professional standard of customer service
Requirements:
Educated to A level or equivalent
Proficient in the use of office technology including word processing, databases, spreadsheets
Demonstrable office and administrative experience
Ability to develop and maintain systems for the recording and monitoring of financial information
Extensive experience in the use of spreadsheets and financial experience in purchasing and invoicing
Knowledge of electronic finance systems e.g. ABW
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proactive and professional approach
Good organisational capabilities
Ability to work effectively within a team and by using own initiative
