Job Description:

This role is part of Enterprise Excellence CitiLean Reengineering Team based out of Gurugram, India. The team runs key strategic program based on business priorities. This role will be responsible to support and drive Global EE Lean programs. The CitiLean and Smart Automation Process Engineer will be responsible for providing analytical support and leading project workstreams to improve risk and control, client experience, process efficiency and revenue expansion driving measurable results.

Job Responsibility:

Support CitiLean and Smart Automation projects
Lead data analysis and project workstreams from scoping to implementation
Interface with business, key stakeholders, & leadership
Support project workshops, pilots, and other delivery activities
Educate teams in CitiLean and Smart Automation tools
Conduct training for staff in CitiLean and Smart Automation tools
Influence re-engineering strategy and execution
Accountable for achieving measurable operational efficiency results

Requirements:

Minimum of 4+ years total work experience
Minimum 2+ years of data analytics experience
Experience working with emerging technologies
Strong data analytics capabilities especially cost analysis and internal/external benchmarking
Ability to work effectively with senior managers and with large teams across countries, functions and businesses
Strong communication skills
Excel and PowerPoint skills
Bachelor's degree
MBA (desirable but not required)
Data analytics/related certifications (Desirable)

Nice to have:

Experience in financial services
Consulting experience
Understanding of Citi's businesses
Data analytics/related certifications
