Job Responsibility

  • Provide strategic leadership on document management, provide expert guidance on strategy, while mitigating regulatory risks
  • Lead and mentor a team of document management professionals, policy coordinators, and administrative staff
  • collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to ensure alignment and integration of document management practices
  • Report on key performance indicators and improvement initiatives to executive leadership
  • Lead the management and continuous improvement of the organization’s policy management system and related tools

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in public health, nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field is required
  • Minimum 5-10 years of progressive experience in quality or healthcare risk management within a complex healthcare setting
  • Proven ability to inspire and mobilize interdisciplinary teams toward shared goals, build consensus, and foster alignment across multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholder groups
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and translating insights into actionable improvement strategies
  • Skilled at building effective partnerships and navigating organizational dynamics to achieve patient safety objectives
