Job Description:

The Enterprise Process Improvement Lead owns the continuous improvement and optimisation of the Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF), which governs over £1bn in annual Capex investment across multiple portfolios and delivery engines. You define and lead the EDF Continuous Improvement programme — using data, user insight and root cause analysis to prioritise and implement interventions that remove friction, reduce cost of failure and improve flow across the investment lifecycle. You oversee delivery of measurable gains in efficiency, predictability, quality and value realisation at enterprise scale.
