The Fashion Business School is seeking an Enterprise Coordinator to play a pivotal role in driving our Enterprise and Knowledge Exchange activity at London College of Fashion (LCF). As Enterprise Coordinator, you will become a key member of the Fashion Business School (FBS) Office, providing essential organisational planning and administrative support, including data analysis, event coordination, project monitoring and reporting for FBS Enterprise and Knowledge Exchange.
Job Responsibility:
Provide essential organisational planning and administrative support
Data analysis, event coordination, project monitoring and reporting for FBS Enterprise and Knowledge Exchange
Coordinate collection and analysis of data for internal and external reporting
Provide administrative and reporting support for Knowledge Exchange
Collate information for regular Student and Founder newsletters
Write impactful reports and case studies
Promote Enterprise and Knowledge Exchange team events through Eventbrite, Moodle Alerts and LinkedIn
Requirements:
Significant administrative experience
Confidence supporting projects, events or programmes in a fast-paced environment
Strong IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Strong analytical and process mapping skills
Highly organised, able to prioritise competing demands and comfortable working to tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of key client relationship building techniques
Nice to have:
Knowledge of design software such as Adobe InDesign
