As an Enterprise Commercial Leader, you will lead and scale high‑performing sales teams responsible for driving enterprise customer impact and commercial growth. Job Responsibility:
Lead, coach, and develop people managers, building strong, inclusive, and high‑performing sales teams
Set and execute sales and market strategies aligned to business priorities and customer outcomes
Drive accountability for revenue, pipeline health, and commercial execution across the organization
Partner with senior internal stakeholders to align on priorities, investments, and go‑to‑market motions
Foster a culture of growth mindset, customer obsession, and operational excellence
Enable managers to effectively lead their teams through clear goals, performance management, and talent development
Use data and insights to guide decisions, identify risks, and continuously improve sales execution
Represent Microsoft as a trusted leader with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales leadership, with accountability for enterprise or commercial business outcomes, ideally within technology‑driven or complex B2B environments
Demonstrated experience managing people managers, including coaching, performance management, and leadership development
Strong ability to define and execute sales and market strategies aligned to business priorities and customer outcomes
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision‑making at executive level
