Job Description

As an Enterprise Commercial Leader, you will lead and scale high‑performing sales teams responsible for driving enterprise customer impact and commercial growth. You will set strategic direction, develop leaders, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver predictable business outcomes, strengthen customer relationships, and accelerate Microsoft’s growth across your market or segment.This role combines people leadership, commercial accountability, and strategic execution, with a strong focus on developing managers, driving sales excellence, and operating at scale.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with accountability for enterprise or commercial business outcomes, ideally within technology‑driven or complex B2B environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing people managers, including coaching, performance management, and leadership development
  • Strong ability to define and execute sales and market strategies aligned to business priorities and customer outcomes
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision‑making at executive level
