In MCAPS Finance, we’re driving shareholder value in 54 subsidiaries & 120 Sales Locations and carry the local accountability for the financials as well as statutory and compliance matters across all Microsoft commercial segments and products. As the Enterprise Finance Manager, you will be the Finance business partner for the Enterprise Commercial segment leads (ATU) of Korea, leading the “CEO’s” of Koreas SLT through complex deal structuring and identifying white space growth opportunities to grow Korea’s market share. You will partner closely to drive the operational rigor, forecast precision and revenue performance, while advising on deal structuring & economics and ensure strong & compliant execution on the ground. You will also be the closest to our customers, as such customer centricity is paramount. You are expected to be on the frontline with our commercial team delivering the value of our Microsoft solutions through advising on deal investments/negotiations and to ensure Microsoft’s investments are utilized well to drive end customer outcomes.

  • Continually monitor resource allocation, ROI and drive strong opex execution on the ground (e.g. ECIF)
  • Drive IAP Rigor to accelerate Top of the funnel and Qualified pipeline across all critical workloads, utilizing whitespace analytics
  • Leverage deep actionable insights to drive topline revenue, product adoption and value delivered to our customers
  • Influence deal structuring by partnering with CE and Deal Desk, ensuring focus on deal economics (esp., concessions) to drive optimal ROI and customer transformation outcomes
  • Collaborate for high quality business case submission for AWR/ DWR forums
  • Drive collaboration with key functions to support deal constructs
  • Focus on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
  • Lead a strong compliance culture by driving Business Led Compliance Rhythm (BLCR) within the segment, focusing on sales deal execution and High-Risk Due Diligence (HRDD)
  • Monitor high ACO/ECIF deals, particularly multi-year agreements
  • Proactively manage risks, cooperate with audits, and promote transparency in all dealings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
  • OR equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in finance positions
  • Previous business partnership finance roles is a differentiator
  • Ability to operate and thrive in a fluid/uncertain environment
  • Ability to influence, establish credibility, trust, and partnership at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Fluency in Korean and English
