The Boeing Company is looking for a highly motivated security professional to join our Enterprise Classified Security team as an Enterprise Classified Security Program Security Senior Manager​in Arlington, VA; Layton, UT; Seattle, WA; Berkeley, MO; Mesa, AZ; El Segundo, CA; or Huntsville, AL. This position is responsible for the Program Security portfolio of the Enterprise Classified Security organization and will serve as the deputy to the Vice President of Enterprise Classified Security responsible for all things Program Security.

Job Responsibility:

  • Champion the Boeing Values and Behaviors
  • Establish the strategic direction, implementation, and execution of policies and procedures to safeguard National Security Information and prevent unauthorized disclosures at The Boeing Company and its subsidiaries
  • Oversee approximately 50 cleared Department of Defense (DoD) locations and more than 600 special programs, including Special Access Programs (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
  • Lead an organization of over 400 employees, directly overseeing senior managers providing industrial security services across Boeing sites in the United States
  • Act as the Senior Security Official for Department of Energy Programs and designated Senior Contractor Program Security Officer (NCPSO) for intelligence programs
  • Ensure adequate resources, skill sets, and workforce levels are in place to support compliance with DoD and Intelligence Community security policies
  • Manage and monitor key business plans, including the Long Range Business Plan (LRBP), People Plan, and Strategic Plan, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), Intelligence Community, Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI), peer company Chief Security Officers (CSOs), and internal business partners
  • Shape and advance national security policy, ensuring The Boeing Company remains a trusted partner in defense and intelligence initiatives
  • Promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization and among lateral partners, ensuring all employees understand their responsibilities in safeguarding sensitive information
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to equip staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and respond to physical and insider threat security incidents effectively

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
  • 10+ years of experience building relationships and partnerships with all levels of employees, including executives in industry and government
  • 10+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI
  • 5+ years of experience with the NISPOM
  • This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
  • Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
