NavVis, one of Germany’s most innovative startups, is seeking driven Business Development Specialists with an Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) background. Join our growing team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling our US market presence! In this role, you’ll leverage your AEC expertise to drive sales and connect with key players in industries like construction, engineering, and infrastructure. You’ll receive in-depth onboarding and training, allowing you to connect deeply with potential clients and progress your career. You’ll qualify and nurture leads, develop a strong regional pipeline, and work closely with Account Executives to showcase the value of NavVis solutions. This position is key to connecting with clients and shaping their success with our innovative technology.

Job Responsibility:

  • Begin the sales cycle by developing a customer-focused strategy that considers industry-specific use cases, key stakeholders, and the regional sales landscape
  • Drive revenue growth by generating new leads through targeted prospecting and variety of outreach channels including email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
  • Partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns, bringing your industry insight to shape effective outreach
  • Articulate NavVis' value in geospatial and reality capture contexts through clear, technically grounded, value-driven communication that address prospects potential needs
  • Take full ownership of your accounts, collaborating with Account Executives to maximize pipeline success and contribute to the development of lead generation strategies
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to foster strong network connections

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with experience in AEC industry
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., sales, business development, or customer support) is a plus
  • Confident approach to cold calling
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
  • A proactive mentality, with the ability to build relationships and engage clients through various channels
  • Business fluency in written and spoken English
  • Passion for geospatial technology and innovation

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., sales, business development, or customer support) is a plus
  • Candidates from AEC roles who are eager to explore the world of sales and client engagement
