The candidate will be responsible for driving business development, establishing strategic partnerships with Large enterprises, GCCs, MNCs and Workplaces, and closing high-impact B2B deals. This role demands a strong business development mindset, understanding of the enterprise ecosystem, and the ability to build long-term business relationships. Knowledge of the EV and sustainability ecosystem will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibility

  • Pipeline building
  • Drive end-to-end business development for the large enterprises across India, from ICP hunting to pipeline building to account management and sign off
  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities with sustainability, facility and procurement teams
  • Own revenue targets and consistently achieve or exceed them
  • Build a scalable pipeline by mapping key accounts and enterprise clusters
  • Strategic Partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with large enterprises across India
  • Pitch Bolt.Earth’s EV charging solutions and value proposition to decision-makers
  • Solutioning & Consultative Selling
  • Understand customer requirements and propose the right charging solution
  • Provide ROI calculations, business proposals, and feasibility insights to clients
  • Navigate technical and commercial discussions, ensuring alignment on scope, pricing, and milestones
  • Deal Closure & Execution
  • Convert leads into signed contracts through structured BD cycles
  • Ensure all documentation (POs, agreements, MoUs & payment terms) is properly aligned and processed
  • Coordinate with Ops and Installation teams to deliver successful site implementation

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in Enterprises segment
  • Target-oriented and revenue-driven, with a proven track record of achieving aggressive sales numbers
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
  • Ownership & hustler mindset

Nice to have

Experience or knowledge of the EV Charging ecosystem, energy management, government compliances or sustainability solutions
