At Shakers, we're on the lookout for an Enterprise Business Developer to take our Enterprise Sales team to the next level. This role offers the opportunity to build relationships with TOP clients, with the chance to shape the next generation way of working.

Job Responsibility

  • Prospect, benchmark, define a strategic plan, and put it into action
  • Demonstrate ability to qualify leads and generate commercial opportunities
  • Understand challenges and pain points of corporate companies, presenting the value proposition
  • Schedule qualified meetings with Account Executives
  • Provide weekly reports on activities and key objectives achieved
  • Draw insights and conclusions from each week, using data to refine strategies

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of work experience in technology consulting, Head Hunting, or in sales in the tech sector of high AOV products
  • Really enjoy selling and aspire to build a career in it
  • Familiar with technical sector jargon and how it applies to business discussions
  • Degree in engineering or management, with a technical background as a plus
  • Knowledgeable and interested in the startup ecosystem
  • Great communication skills to build relationships with technical profiles and C-level executives
  • Strong conviction and results-oriented
  • Familiar with KPIs, dashboards, and analytics
  • Proactive & take ownership of your projects and responsibilities
  • Strong persuasion skills
  • Creative and adaptable
