We are seeking a high-momentum Enterprise Brand Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Brand Council during a critical brand rollout. Partnering closely with our Change Management team, you will develop and maintain the comprehensive project plan, RACI, and documentation architecture required for a seamless global activation. This role is not just about tracking tasks; it is about controlling the "flow", monitoring decision latency, resolving bottlenecks, and protecting our creative and strategic teams from churn and conflicting directions. You will be the "one source of truth" for the enterprise, ensuring that every asset and action item aligns with our overarching change management strategy and brand priorities.
Job Responsibility:
Track and follow up on workstream action items
Monitor decision latency to resolve issues before they stall progress
Update the master activation plan as inputs change
Check for dependency risks across work streams and log issues
Conduct quick alignment follow ups with council members and stakeholders
Protect teams from churn by flagging late changes, duplicative work, or conflicting direction
Ensure work aligns to agreed priorities and scope
Keep documentation and project management tools/platform current
Manage and update project folders with current documents and resources
Facilitate/support Brand Council meetings
Publish weekly summaries reporting on status of action items, decisions made, concerns with the speed of decision making, readiness for upcoming milestones and launches
Flag risks, unresolved tasks and escalations
Review capacity and workloads
Flag tradeoffs required to maintain priority focus
Identify scope creep and trends
Refresh or restructure RACI or escalation paths if issues or trends are identified
Recommend adjustments to timelines, scope, or governance
Meet with Change Management partner regularly to align with Change Management plan
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in project management or content strategy, specifically within a fast-paced corporate or agency environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Loop, Teams, Excel, and advanced enterprise systems like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Workfront
PMP certification or equivalent professional project management training is highly desirable
