Job Description:

We are seeking a high-momentum Enterprise Brand Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our Brand Council during a critical brand rollout. Partnering closely with our Change Management team, you will develop and maintain the comprehensive project plan, RACI, and documentation architecture required for a seamless global activation. This role is not just about tracking tasks; it is about controlling the "flow", monitoring decision latency, resolving bottlenecks, and protecting our creative and strategic teams from churn and conflicting directions. You will be the "one source of truth" for the enterprise, ensuring that every asset and action item aligns with our overarching change management strategy and brand priorities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Track and follow up on workstream action items
  • Monitor decision latency to resolve issues before they stall progress
  • Update the master activation plan as inputs change
  • Check for dependency risks across work streams and log issues
  • Conduct quick alignment follow ups with council members and stakeholders
  • Protect teams from churn by flagging late changes, duplicative work, or conflicting direction
  • Ensure work aligns to agreed priorities and scope
  • Keep documentation and project management tools/platform current
  • Manage and update project folders with current documents and resources
  • Facilitate/support Brand Council meetings
  • Publish weekly summaries reporting on status of action items, decisions made, concerns with the speed of decision making, readiness for upcoming milestones and launches
  • Flag risks, unresolved tasks and escalations
  • Review capacity and workloads
  • Flag tradeoffs required to maintain priority focus
  • Identify scope creep and trends
  • Refresh or restructure RACI or escalation paths if issues or trends are identified
  • Recommend adjustments to timelines, scope, or governance
  • Meet with Change Management partner regularly to align with Change Management plan

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in project management or content strategy, specifically within a fast-paced corporate or agency environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Loop, Teams, Excel, and advanced enterprise systems like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Workfront
  • PMP certification or equivalent professional project management training is highly desirable
