Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Brand Designer to join our team on a contract basis. This position will play a key role in implementing and scaling a newly developed brand system across various organizational platforms. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, this role requires a detail-oriented designer with extensive expertise in brand systems and large-scale brand architecture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute the application of the new brand identity across diverse formats, including logos, websites, presentation decks, and marketing materials
  • Develop scalable and repeatable design systems based on established brand guidelines
  • Ensure consistent visual identity across all enterprise touchpoints
  • Refine and evolve brand applications through multiple iterations to meet organizational needs
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and internal teams to maintain brand integrity
  • Uphold high standards of design excellence, with emphasis on typography and layout
  • Incorporate accessibility standards and inclusive design practices into brand applications
  • Adapt the brand system to align with organizational goals, ensuring seamless integration into various platforms

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in brand design within a large branding agency or enterprise-level brand teams
  • Extensive knowledge of brand systems and large-scale brand architecture
  • Proven track record of implementing branding solutions across complex organizations
  • Exceptional skills in typography and layout design
  • Ability to work within established brand guidelines and enhance them for broader applications
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across departments
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with a systems-focused approach to design
