Accenture is looking to recruit an Enterprise Asset Management Consultant or Manager within our Industry X consulting practice in Ireland with a focus on both Utilities and Health and Public Sector. Within our Infrastructure & Capital Projects domain, Asset Management Consultants and Managers design and implement value‑driven solutions that improve processes and outcomes for clients.

Requirements

  • Provide industry and asset management expertise across end-to-end asset life cycles, including strategy development, maturity assessments, process design, and capability uplift across sectors such as utilities, healthcare facilities, and public infrastructure
  • Analyse client strategies, operating models, and capability gaps to define future-state requirements and shape practical, value-aligned transformation pathways
  • Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, drive innovation, and support cross-functional change management using human-centred, collaborative approaches
  • Shape and design technology-enabled future-state solutions, including fit-gap analysis, process redesign, business case development, and roadmap creation to guide clients toward measurable transformation outcomes
  • Advise on enterprise technology selection and integration, ensuring applications, infrastructure components, and operating models are aligned within complex enterprise environments
  • Apply AI and emerging digital technologies (ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, IoT, OT/IT integration, automation, sensors, SCADA/PLC/DCS) to modernise asset operations and accelerate value realisation
  • Use digital transformation and industry insights to address key challenges, highlight trends, and provide points of view that drive strategic decision-making
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels while contributing to coaching, capability development, and collaboration within the IX practice
  • Shape, deliver, and oversee transformation engagements, ensuring value-led outcomes through structured delivery of solutions, workshops, and technology-enabled change
