Job Description:

The Enterprise Architect (EA) is a senior strategic leader responsible for defining and maintaining the comprehensive technical blueprint of the organization, ensuring alignment between business strategy and scalable, secure technology solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and drive the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Roadmap across all domains (Business, Data, Application, and Technology)
  • Establish and enforce architectural standards, principles, and governance policies across the enterprise
  • Translate executive business strategy into clear, actionable technical requirements and architectural opportunities
  • Lead the design and modernization of complex enterprise platforms, specializing in cloud migration and application rationalization
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to maximize business value
  • Identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical debt, ensuring security and regulatory compliance are built into every design

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT
  • 5+ years in a dedicated Enterprise or Domain Architect role
  • Proven expertise in designing highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Deep knowledge across architecture domains: Application (Microservices, Event-Driven), Data (Data Lakes, Data Mesh), and Cloud Infrastructure
  • Exceptional ability to communicate, negotiate, and influence technical and executive stakeholders
  • Familiarity with standard frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and certifications are highly desirable
