Are you a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between complex business goals and a high-performing IT landscape? We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to take ownership of our architectural vision and governance. In this role, you will be the guardian of our IT integrity, ensuring that every new initiative accelerates our digital transformation while staying true to our core principles. As the owner of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) governance process, you will provide the framework that evaluates IT projects and aligns them with our long-term strategy.
Job Responsibility:
Process Ownership & Governance: Own the formal approach for implementing solutions
Manage the 'two-step funneling' methodology to screen new initiatives
Design Patterns & Models: Develop and promote standardized design patterns and models
Principle Custodianship: Act as the lead custodian of Satair’s signature architecture principles
Strategic Alignment & SLAs: Ensure that all IT solutions are strictly aligned with business needs
Documentation & Repository Management: Finalize and transfer EA-approved documents to the central repository
Financial Stewardship: Produce detailed cost/benefit analyses for new technology implementations
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify where software, applications, or processes need to evolve
Requirements:
Proven track record in developing resilient architecture models and reusable design patterns
Ability to perform cost/benefit evaluations that justify strategic technology choices
Commitment to ensuring technical solutions deliver on business promises and operational SLAs
Experience with EA frameworks (such as TOGAF) and the ability to navigate complex governance funnels with multiple stakeholders
Master of communication
Collaborative mindset, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels
