As the Enterprise Architect, you will be the primary bridge between TEG’s business ambitions and our technical execution. This is a high-visibility leadership role that requires a "consultative-first" mindset. You aren't just designing systems; you are negotiating the future state of our global technology landscape. You will harmonize disparate business units and regions into a unified, efficient, and future-ready technology roadmap.
Job Responsibility:
Shape and evolve our enterprise technology vision through comprehensive architectural frameworks, solution designs and forward-thinking technology strategies
Act as a strategic partner to Business Unit leaders and Regional Heads to ensure tech investments align with commercial outcomes
Mentor and collaborate with solution architects, fostering alignment between innovative solutions and our overarching architectural direction while championing best practices
Spearhead organization-wide technology transformations including cloud adoption, platform modernization, automation initiatives, and seamless system connectivity
Evangelize and architect the integration of AI/ML opportunities across ticketing, data, and operations to drive competitive advantage
Lead the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to ensure project-level designs adhere to the broader group strategy
Identify legacy redundancies and technical debt, creating clear migration paths to modern, scalable solutions
Requirements:
5-10+ years architecting enterprise solutions with a track record of delivering robust, scalable technology platforms in dynamic, high-volume environments
Ideally from a "Big 4", strategy, or boutique technology consulting background with experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Deep technical fluency spanning cloud ecosystems (e.g., AWS, GCP, Snowflake), integration patterns, automation frameworks, and contemporary architectural approaches
Industry-recognized credentials in enterprise architecture (TOGAF, cloud architect certifications, etc.) but with a pragmatic approach that favors business agility over rigid theory
The ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into business risk/reward language for non-technical executives
Highly proficient in the current AI landscape, specifically regarding how it can be applied to enterprise efficiency and customer experience
Solid foundation in architectural governance, established frameworks, and strategic technology planning within mission-critical operational environments
