Support business domains in gathering requirements, scoping, and high-level design across a large application landscape (4,500 applications, including 800 core systems) and produce application and integration impact assessments, risk/benefit analyses, and architectural recommendations
Ensure smooth handover to solution architect teams for detailed design and implementation
Drive transformation initiatives, governance, and risk management, aligning teams with enterprise roadmaps and strategic objectives, and deliver architecture roadmaps and ARB governance reports
Monitor business needs and ensure adherence to architectural directives and decisions
Maintain alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Document and maintain the enterprise architecture repository (e.g., HOPEX), including application landscapes, interdependencies, business capabilities, system diagrams, and application maps
Conduct impact analyses, pre-studies, and provide architectural recommendations to stakeholders
Define target architectures, roadmaps, and capability/system/domain maps
Lead and structure architecture governance (ARB) with IT and business stakeholders
Share clear and concise updates on architectural activities, progress, and domain maturity
Challenge and enhance existing processes, recommend methodological improvements, promote best practices, and deliver optimized processes and consolidated best practices
Facilitate cross-team coordination and contribute to overall optimization of the architecture function
Requirements:
Experienced Enterprise Architect with a proven track record in large-scale, complex environments
Strong communication skills in English
Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and tools, ideally HOPEX
Ability to analyse, map, and design target architectures aligned with business objectives
Excellent governance and stakeholder management skills, able to engage both business and IT audiences
Analytical mindset, strategic vision, and ability to challenge and influence decisions
Willingness for long-term commitment and occasional travel to France
Nice to have:
Certifications in SAFe, TOGAF, or ArchiMate are highly valued
