We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to provide strategic and technical leadership in defining, governing, and evolving architecture for Vodafone Business across global markets. This role will ensure alignment with Vodafone’s technology vision, delivering scalable, reusable, and future-proof solutions that enable business growth and operational excellence. The initial priority will be driving ServiceNow transformation across markets, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and adherence to enterprise architecture principles.
Job Responsibility:
Define and align IT enterprise and capability architectures across Vodafone Business units
Lead ServiceNow transformation, including integration patterns, data models, and governance
Deliver high-quality artefacts such as principles, blueprints, and roadmaps
Act as a trusted advisor, bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
Drive reuse of capabilities and standardisation across markets
Influence technology selection and ensure solutions meet business objectives
Collaborate across teams to communicate strategy and enablement
Advocate innovation and continuous improvement through proof-of-concept initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience in defining and governing complex technical architectures in a B2B telco environment
Strong ability to translate business strategy into IT architecture artefacts
Skilled in architecture and design, critical thinking, and stakeholder management
Expertise in platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, AmDocs, Oracle, AWS, and Google Cloud
Knowledge of microservices, APIs, DevOps, cloud, and security
TOGAF certification and familiarity with TMF Frameworx/Open Digital Architecture preferred
Minimum 7+ years of industry experience with relevant certifications
