Job Description
The Enterprise Architect – Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a key member of the Enterprise Architecture team, owning the architectural direction for enterprise-wide business planning at Coca-Cola HBC. This role spans the full breadth of planning across the organization, encompassing Financial Planning, HR & Workforce Planning, Procurement Planning, Supply Chain Planning, and Commercial Planning (including Trade Promotion). The role acts as a trusted advisor and architectural authority, accountable for ensuring that these five planning domains connect into a single, coherent, and integrated enterprise planning model – rather than operating as isolated functional silos. The Enterprise Architect translates strategic planning ambitions into domain target architectures, integration blueprints, and transformation roadmaps, bringing a long-term enterprise-wide perspective to ensure architectural decisions deliver connected, scalable, and insight-driven planning outcomes across all functions. Working closely with senior planning stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Procurement, and HR, the Enterprise Architect governs a best-of-breed technology landscape in which each planning domain is supported by specialist platforms. The role is responsible for ensuring these platforms are architecturally coherent, properly integrated, and collectively serve the enterprise IBP vision. While primarily operating at a strategic level, the Enterprise Architect collaborates with platform architects and agile delivery teams across concurrent programs, actively driving simplification, data consistency, and reuse – reducing fragmentation and integration debt across the full IBP ecosystem.
