Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with a strong focus on Commercial or Customer-Facing domains
Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale architecture blueprints and frameworks
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior business leaders
Experience working with Enterprise Architecture and Data IT teams in a matrixed organization
Expertise in Commercial business processes and operational models, including Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Value & Access
Deep understanding of Commercial platforms (Salesforce, Veeva, Adobe Experience Cloud, Model N), data ecosystems (Databricks), and cloud infrastructure (Azure)
Ability to define target state architectures and guide adoption of emerging technologies
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Job Responsibility

Develop and maintain a comprehensive Commercial Technology “City Plan”
Define and evolve target state architectures for CRM, omnichannel engagement, analytics, and field enablement
Ensure architectural consistency across global markets while supporting local adaptability
Partner with Commercial business leaders to translate strategic goals into technology capabilities
Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture team to align with enterprise-wide standards
Collaborate with the Commercial Data IT team to ensure data architecture is integrated
Lead architecture design for high-impact use cases such as customer journey orchestration, sales force automation, and digital marketing
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies
Establish and enforce architecture governance frameworks, integration standards, and data models
Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance requirements
