Job Description:

We are looking for an Enterprise Architect for our Wholesale Finance capability with previous experience in the Wholesale Finance area. Having domain knowledge around finance processes like R2R, P2P, O2C etc. But also with a strong competence and knowledge around modern Digital & IT architecture. Capable of leading the way in defining a Wholesale finance architecture for the future. You will be part of the Supply Chain Development organization and have an assignment into the Wholesale Finance capability area. The Enterprise Architecture function is a key enabler and driver in the ongoing transformation journey of the IKEA supply chain business and operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define, lead and take ownership of the Wholesale Finance architecture work
  • Setting the vision and direction for different digital platforms/products and technology enablers within the area
  • With an agile mindset, co-create and build the target state and provide roadmaps and incremental outcome focused transitions needed to reach the wanted position
  • Secure architectural guidelines, design principles and lead architectural governance and anchoring through different fora’s and artefacts
  • Build relationships, collaborate and align with stakeholders on different levels across the organization
  • Drive impact and influence through clear and structured presentations and communication
  • Get engaged in different opportunities and challenges across the organization
  • Acting as a speaking partner and contributor on different topics, spanning from the strategic level to specific solutioning issues
  • Lead, design, organize, collaborate and communicate

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with similar responsibilities in the past
  • Experience from the Wholesale Finance domain
  • Domain knowledge around finance processes like R2R, P2P, O2C etc
  • Strong competence and knowledge around modern Digital & IT architecture
  • Capable of leading the way in defining a Wholesale finance architecture for the future
  • Technology wise, the main platform within the area is SAP ERP
  • Additional knowledge around Infor M3 is a bonus
  • Interest in architecture and having an architectural mindset
  • Personality and ability to take ownership and leadership
  • Ability to build relationships, communicate and manage stakeholders on different levels

Nice to have:

  • Additional knowledge around Infor M3 is a bonus
  • It is not a must with an architectural background you could have been working in other technology/digital related roles like leading products, engineering, tech strategy or other tech related functions
