Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, data migration, and AI-powered systems, particularly in compliance-heavy environments. Experience with migrating data from SAP to Databricks is a significant plus.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture for large-scale digital transformation programs
  • Lead architecture design for AI-powered systems, including private instance deployments of Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures in compliance-heavy environments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment with business goals
  • Oversee data migration efforts, with emphasis on SAP to Databricks transitions
  • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of all architectural solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects and engineering teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation
  • Proven experience in data migration projects, especially from SAP to Databricks
  • Strong understanding of AI system design, including private LLM instances
  • Hands-on experience with RAG architecture in regulated industries
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
