Job Responsibility:
Work with the cross-function teams to design, prototype, and implement AI‑driven solutions addressing real business needs
Develop and refine machine learning or generative AI models for internal productivity tools, automation workflows, and enterprise applications
Analyze data, perform feature engineering, and evaluate model performance to ensure solutions meet quality and reliability standards
Assist in creating proof‑of‑concept demos, internal tools, or AI accelerators that improve engineering and operational efficiency
Collaborate with senior engineers and domain experts to understand use cases, gather requirements, and recommend AI approaches
Document technical designs, model workflows, and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team
Requirements:
Current BS/MS student from Taiwan based university, in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Strong interest in AI, machine learning, generative AI, and applied AI development
Experience with AI projects—academic, personal, or internship-based—is highly preferred
Familiarity with Python, machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn), or LLM‑related tools is a plus
Ability to think creatively and problem‑solve in ambiguous, real‑world enterprise scenarios
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable exploring new technologies
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Python, machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn), or LLM‑related tools is a plus
