Enterprise AI Intern

• Work with the cross-function teams to design, prototype, and implement AI‑driven solutions addressing real business needs
• Develop and refine machine learning or generative AI models for internal productivity tools, automation workflows, and enterprise applications
• Analyze data, perform feature engineering, and evaluate model performance to ensure solutions meet quality and reliability standards
• Assist in creating proof‑of‑concept demos, internal tools, or AI accelerators that improve engineering and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with senior engineers and domain experts to understand use cases, gather requirements, and recommend AI approaches
• Document technical designs, model workflows, and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team

• Current BS/MS student from Taiwan based university, in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Strong interest in AI, machine learning, generative AI, and applied AI development
• Experience with AI projects—academic, personal, or internship-based—is highly preferred
• Familiarity with Python, machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn), or LLM‑related tools is a plus
• Ability to think creatively and problem‑solve in ambiguous, real‑world enterprise scenarios
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable exploring new technologies

Familiarity with Python, machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn), or LLM‑related tools is a plus
