We are looking for an Account Manager with a background in Financial Services and Consulting to for driving client engagements and account management, customer success and ensure seamless adoption of our AI-powered investment research platform. Our customers include some of the marquee names in Investment banking, Consulting and Private equity. In this role, you will: Own and manage relationships with Enterprise & Mid-Market financial clients, ensuring high engagement, retention, and expansion. Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients maximize the value of our platform by integrating AI-driven insights into their investment and research workflows. Leverage data-driven insights to track customer usage, identify opportunities for deeper engagement, and drive renewals & expansions. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align customer needs with our product roadmap. This role requires working in an overlap of India and US Eastern time zones (Starting 3 PM IST onwards).
Job Responsibility:
Customer Engagement & Success: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding, activation, and continued value realization
Account Growth & Retention: Drive engagements, renewals, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and reduce churn by providing high-impact insights and best practices
Strategic Consulting: Guide clients—Private Equity firms, Investment Banks, and Asset Managers—on how to integrate AI-driven intelligence into their workflows
Proactive Issue Resolution: Actively address customer concerns, provide solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor for investment research professionals
Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key usage metrics like NRR, churn, and engagement, and use analytics to optimize customer success strategies
Market & Product Feedback Loop: Work with internal teams to ensure our product continuously evolves to meet the needs of the investment research industry
Requirements:
MBA from a Top-tier institute is mandatory
1-2 years of post-MBA experience in Financial services including Enterprise Account Management, Investment Research, Financial Services, or Fintech is preferred
Strong understanding of investment research, financial modelling, and capital markets
Ability to leverage analytics tools to monitor client engagement and boost platform adoption
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in guiding senior stakeholders and investment professionals
Hands-on, execution-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment
Proficiency in CRM tools, Customer Success software, and MS Office
