Job Responsibility:

  • Influence multiple teams and drive agility across the entire organization
  • Focus on individual teams to pilot and refine Agile principles before scaling
  • Drive the Agile transformation and champion cultural change at an organizational level
  • Coach Leadership, mentor teams, and ensure alignment of Agile practices
  • Enhance cross-team collaboration by identifying risks, dependencies, and impediments
  • Engage on a temporary basis to establish foundational frameworks, define principles, and lead initial Agile adoption
  • Provide training and mentoring to teams, Product Owners, Tech Leads, Tribe Leads, and executives

Requirements:

  • MSc or BSc in Computer Sciences and/or Business Studies

  • Strong agile leadership traits and role model of the agile mind-set and principles
  • Broad expertise across various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
  • Demonstrates robust understanding of business needs and drive performance
