Job Responsibility
Managing a strategic book of business and portfolio by prioritizing clients based on potential, spotting opportunities to scale, and identifying new business needs
Driving growth through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive outreach to expand international accounts and launch new product features
Identifying new business opportunities and managing a client portfolio to grow accounts according to their maximum potential
Providing strategic account insights by analyzing data and creating custom reports to support arguments for growth and platform optimization
Collaborating across the team with common objectives to achieve client goals, strengthen relationships, and grow partnerships from a revenue perspective
Acting as a proactive consultant to ensure clients follow best practices and maximize every opportunity to achieve success on the platform
Working closely with clients to help them understand and optimize their campaigns, hit specific goals, and scale their accounts
Overseeing end-to-end campaign management, from handling initial technical implementations and tracking codes to coordinating with ad ops for successful launches
Leading face-to-face quarterly business reviews and meetings with stakeholders ranging from day-to-day contacts to c-level executives
Organizing lunch and learn sessions that educate clients, elevate expertise, and accelerate growth
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in a results-driven customer-facing role in digital marketing
Native or fluent in Dutch with the ability to work professionally in English
Experienced in dealing with and managing premium media agency clients
Knowledge of KPI based campaign/client management and optimization of campaigns towards hitting ROI and CPA targets
Understand the Ad Tech industry and the Media Agencies landscape
Familiar with managing a portfolio of clients, including prioritization and growing accounts according to potential
Eager to understand and present the opportunities involved for clients looking for infinite scale
Strong analytical skills, monitoring and identification of trends in data and generation of actionable insight and reports for the client
Outstanding relationship management and customer-facing skills
Excellent technological skills and the ability to quickly learn what is needed to support successful campaign implementation and optimization from a technical point of view
Willing to travel for business
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, as all internal communications with our global staff and specialized teams are conducted in English
