Job Responsibility:
Drive Strategic Growth: Navigate a high-value portfolio of Enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities to expand their footprint, increase product adoption, and unlock new revenue streams
Master the Lifecycle: Own your book of business end-to-end, from prospecting new contacts within established organizations to securing long-term retention in a competitive landscape
Solve Real-World Friction: Identify partnership risks early and work diligently to unblock technical or operational challenges, ensuring a seamless experience for our partners
Influence through Data: Collect and synthesize partner feedback into actionable insights, helping to shape the Uber Eats product and business roadmap for the Czech market

Requirements:
Fluency in Czech and English is required to manage local partnerships and internal global stakeholders
4+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Partnership Management
Demonstrated experience navigating the customer lifecycle, including prospecting within existing organizations and gaining commitment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to frame value propositions and clearly navigate objections
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
