You’re a product evangelist – you’ll solution Zip to meet the pain points today, but also with an eye toward our product of the future. You’re a builder and pushing the limits of the possible - a founding member of the Enterprise Account Management team. You’ll help establish the playbooks, the culture, and best practices.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with Customer Success team to monitor health scorecards, identify customer needs, and demonstrate account management capabilities to guide deal closure
Negotiate all facets of renewal contracts
Develop win/win negotiation strategies that maximize contract value while enhancing the customer relationship
Engage the broader Zip team to provide regular and accurate updates on renewal status to management and escalate when needed
Manage current customers on multi-year contracts to ensure customer value realization

Become a procurement expert
Use cutting-edge sales intelligence and engagement solutions to prospect, manage deal cycles, and ultimately bring on new customers
Be adaptable and flexible to help shape our sales process
Requirements:
5+ year of technology SaaS experience at enterprise level
Experience selling to procurement, finance, legal
Experience driving customer retention and adoption of a SaaS product for enterprise accounts
Customer management skills
including sales, Account management, and customer service
Self-driven
organized, efficient with your time, and excellent communicator
Experience using tools like Salesforce, Clari, Zoominfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, and Outreach
Willing to go the extra mile to make sure our customers, company, team, and yourself succeed
