As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Enterprise Account Specialist to support our U.S.-based Account Managers and help drive success for our larger, high-value accounts. About the Role: As an Enterprise Account Specialist at SellCord, you’ll support the management of key enterprise-level accounts on Walmart Marketplace. Working closely with U.S.-based Account Managers (AMs), you’ll help ensure seamless execution of strategies, maintain strong client communication, and contribute to the overall success of complex, high-revenue accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and is excited to work with larger brands while collaborating across global teams.
Job Responsibility
Support US-based Account Managers in managing day-to-day operations of enterprise client accounts
Serve as a primary point of contact (POC) for client requests, updates, and ongoing communication via email and calls
Lead client meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations (decks), and follow-ups
Prepare performance reports, replenishment analysis, and meeting recaps
Coordinate product launches and ensure timely execution of internal tasks
Partner with advertising teams to monitor and improve campaign performance
Track sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities
Ensure account documentation and workflows are accurate and up to date
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with e-commerce, marketing, or sales experience preferred
Experience supporting large or complex accounts is a plus
Proficiency in Google Workspace tools including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs, as well as Slack
Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
Experience supporting large or complex accounts
Familiarity with project management tools
