Account Manager role supporting UK-based enterprise client portfolio within LHH Career Transition & Mobility business line, working as trusted advisor to clients' HR teams to support employees through career transitions and workforce mobility

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver world-class client experience focused on retention, quality, and operational excellence
  • Work closely with business developers to shape strategic direction of each account
  • Manage contracts proactively including timely reviews and renewals
  • Build in-depth knowledge of each client account
  • Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal colleagues
  • Support account growth and retention
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for successful client onboarding and delivery

  • Ensure full alignment and effective collaboration with other teams in Bentley
  • Utilize “Gap Selling” to identify the maximum value we can bring to our users and prospects and drive growth
  • Proactively develop proposals focused on driving the accelerated acceptance and value recognition of “Digital Twins”
  • Develop and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting business weekly, monthly, and quarterly
  • Maintain a high knowledge level of the company's solutions and services, as well as knowledge of the particular industry workflows, business drivers, and major players
  • Adhere to the Bentley Sales Process (BSP) by documenting the sales process in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
