Casechek is on a mission to innovate the implant supply chain and bring greater transparency to the cost of patient care. From procurement to payment, Casechek automates workflows for vendor-supported surgical procedures. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to hospital supply chain, perioperative services, finance, and value analysis leadership within enterprise health systems. As an Enterprise Account Manager – Hospital Supply Chain SME, you will leverage deep knowledge of implant workflows, bill-only processes, vendor-managed inventory, and acute care supply chain operations to drive measurable operational and financial outcomes. You will be the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, but this is not a traditional SaaS relationship role. You must bring industry credibility and subject matter expertise that enables you to engage Directors of Supply Chain, OR leadership, Revenue Cycle stakeholders, and executive leadership in meaningful operational and financial discussions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will require strategic thinking, operational fluency, data analysis, and the ability to translate platform insights into performance improvement initiatives. You should be comfortable navigating hospital systems, ERP integrations, and complex stakeholder environments while collaborating cross-functionally within Casechek to deliver measurable value. Casechek is a highly collaborative environment, but our team is also self-motivated and works independently. We strongly believe that great ideas are not created in isolation. Our team interacts closely with healthcare customers to understand operational realities and deliver the best possible user experience.
