Verkada is looking for a talented and ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to grow our Enterprise footprint across Victoria. This is a hunting-focused role, giving you the opportunity to shape and own your territory from the ground up while driving new business for one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the world. Our mission is clear: to protect people and places in a privacy-sensitive way. Verkada’s cloud-based technology is transforming physical security across industries like retail, education, manufacturing, healthcare, and more. In this role, you’ll own the full sales cycle and work closely with both end customers and channel partners to win new business and grow existing accounts.
Job Responsibility:
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close: generate leads, run online demos, craft proposals, and close deals
Build and execute a territory plan, including research, lead generation, and account prioritisation
Hunt and grow new enterprise accounts, exceeding quarterly sales quotas consistently
Multithread accounts, engaging stakeholders at all levels to secure and expand relationships
Develop a deep understanding of Verkada’s product suite and how it fits within the broader physical security ecosystem
Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, helping them modernise their security infrastructure
Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver tailored demos and ensure smooth product rollouts
Onboard and work with channel partners to accelerate growth in your territory
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
Provide market feedback to inform Verkada’s product and engineering teams
Travel regularly across Victoria, with occasional travel to Sydney or the U.S. for key deals or partner engagements
Requirements:
5-10 years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, ideally hunting new business
Proven success building and managing a territory from scratch
Experience working with IT channel partners and system integrators is a strong advantage
Executive Presence: Confident and polished, capable of leading meetings with senior executives
Sales DNA: Consistently exceeds targets and understands the “physics of sales.”
Grit and Resilience: Self-starter who thrives on prospecting and hunting new business
Coachable and Curious: Open to feedback and continuously seeks growth opportunities
Organized and Analytical: Able to create data-driven territory plans and forecast accurately
Local Network: Strong relationships in NSW, especially in industries such as healthcare, retail, and corporate enterprise
Multithreading Skills: Skilled at engaging multiple stakeholders across accounts
Creative and Collaborative: Partners with marketing to drive territory-specific growth initiatives
