You will be at the forefront of scaling the Enterprise Sales function by engaging with senior leadership and key stakeholders across large insurance agencies and broker networks. You’ll be responsible not only for landing strategic, high-impact deals but also for expanding existing Enterprise relationships. Success in this role hinges on your ability to sell into sophisticated organizations, navigate longer sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, and bring strategic discipline to every phase of the pipeline.
Job Responsibility:
Own full-cycle Enterprise sales: prospecting through close
Build and execute account-based strategies for large, complex accounts
Run multi-threaded sales processes with senior stakeholders
Position ROI and business outcomes through consultative selling
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, SDRs, Product, and Customer teams
Forecast accurately using CRM discipline and data-driven pipeline management
Requirements:
3+ years selling Enterprise technology solutions
Proven success carrying $1M+ quotas in complex, six-figure ACV environments
Experience navigating long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals
Strong storytelling, communication, and negotiation skills
Nice to have:
Experience in financial services or highly regulated industries is a plus
Startup experience is a plus
