We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic software sales across medium to large enterprises in Eastern Australia. Reporting directly to the Enterprise Software Sales Manager, you will take full ownership of complex, multi-cloud sales cycles (typically 6-9 months), close high-value deals, and establish deep relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
Job Responsibility
Drive Revenue: Win and expand strategic enterprise accounts within your territory
Lead Complex Pursuits: Orchestrate large, multi-cloud software deals and navigate enterprise contract negotiations
Strategic Planning: Build robust account strategies and a healthy pipeline to consistently exceed your revenue targets
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and internal teams to execute targeted campaigns and sales plays
Value-Based Positioning: Deeply understand client challenges to position software solutions that align with their core corporate goals
Requirements
At least 6 years of proven B2B software or SaaS sales experience
A history of exceeding quotas and successfully closing complex enterprise deals
Top-tier strategic selling skills with the ability to influence and engage confidently at the C-suite level
Strong background in value-based selling and managing extended sales cycles
Experience or network within the Food & Beverage manufacturing sector
Knowledge of ERP or manufacturing software ecosystems
