Job Responsibility:
Build and execute a territory plan targeting some of the largest enterprises in Asia
Drive new business, both greenfield and upsell. Selling both directly and with/through channel partners
Along with our SDRs, partner sales and marketing teams you will multi-thread with C level executives across business units in your target accounts. Aiming to craft deals over >$100k
Position the full portfolio of Workato solutions - across Orchestration, MCP and Agentic
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in a full cycle, closing role
Experience handling and owning relationships with enterprise companies
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
First and foremost, you're a sales person
You enjoy being in an evolving fast growing environment and you don't like to sit back enjoying the comfort of a large corporate
You're a hunter, but not a lone wolf. You know how to play as a team and how to craft large complex deals by pulling in colleagues who you've built trust with
You'll have to be comfortable with the natural ambiguity that comes in a startup environment and not reliant on corporate safety nets
