Job Description:

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our knowledgeable sales team. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the charge in building relationships with large, complex enterprises and guiding them through the transformative power of Crescendo’s AI solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, and has a proven track record of driving new business and delivering strategic solutions to top-tier clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to uncover new opportunities and build relationships across multiple departments, including CX, IT, and executive leadership
  • Position Crescendo’s Augmented AI solutions as the key to solving enterprise customer experience challenges
  • Tailor presentations, demos, and proposals to meet the unique needs of each client and clearly articulate the ROI of our solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights into industry trends and best practices
  • Work closely with our product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned region
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Track progress and ensure timely reporting to leadership on sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status
  • Represent Crescendo at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, specifically in CX, AI, or similar technology solutions
  • Strong history of closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals and managing relationships with large, global enterprises
  • Deep understanding of consultative selling and the ability to engage C-level decision-makers
  • Ability to take ownership and lead initiatives independently while working effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and proven ability to manage a complex sales pipeline
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to design solutions
  • Comfort in navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities

Nice to have:

Proximity to major markets is a plus
