We are seeking a hardworking, driven individual with superb energy, passion, and experience to drive new business acquisition in the Corporate Enterprise market, which includes Hospitality, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Financial Services. In this unique role, you will work in partnership with our Global Enterprise Account leads to unlock and scale business within some of Verkada’s largest international clients. While you will carry an independent quota, you will act as a strategic force multiplier - identifying new opportunities and driving execution within complex global structures.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics and quota, with a strong emphasis on generating net new business sales
Meet or exceed individual targets and contribute to the overall team and company success
Gain an in-depth and detailed understanding of Verkada’s business and products, as well as the physical security market, to confidently sell to C-level executives within Enterprise organizations
Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting
Consistently exceed activity targets through proactive outreach via phone calls, emails, conducting online demos, and facilitating trials
Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to customers and channel partners
Regular travel, estimated to be more than 50% of the time, including both domestic and international destinations
Requirements:
2-5 years of quota-carrying Sales experience
A track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding net new logos in a Commercial or Enterprise software role
Highly effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, nurture relationships, and strong presentation skills
Thrive in a dynamic, competitive, and fast-paced startup environment
Experience in Salesforce, MEDDPICC a plus
Hunter mentality, tenacious, drive to learn, and self-motivated
BS/BA degree strongly preferred
Must be located in the Greater Toronto area
Must be independently authorized to work in Canada
