As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts within your assigned territory. You will focus on landing new logos while expanding and deepening relationships within existing accounts. This role requires disciplined prospecting, multi-threaded enterprise selling, and executive-level engagement across both business and technical stakeholders. You will position AtScale as mission-critical infrastructure for analytics modernization and AI enablement initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute a territory sales plan with a defined target account list. Drive disciplined prospecting, conduct discovery sessions, and manage complex sales cycles to close new enterprise business. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic account planning and execution
Land, adopt, expand, and deepen relationships within accounts in your territory. Build multi-threaded engagement across business leaders, IT stakeholders, and data teams to grow AtScale’s footprint. Serve as a trusted advisor by aligning AtScale to the customer’s business and technology roadmap
Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, and ecosystem partners to accelerate customer value realization. Navigate complex buying processes using MEDDPICC or a comparable qualification framework. Position AtScale as critical infrastructure for modern analytics and AI initiatives
Requirements:
8+ years of enterprise sales experience with consistent quota achievement
Proven success selling complex technical solutions into large enterprise accounts
Experience in one or more of the following domains: Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Strong executive presence with experience engaging CXO-level stakeholders
Experience using MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodology
Excellent discovery, presentation, negotiation, and account planning skills
Nice to have:
Experience selling into retail, financial services, insurance, manufacturing, or other enterprise verticals
A strong partner-led selling background
Experience expanding strategic enterprise accounts and driving multi-year growth
A reputation for ownership, accountability, and disciplined execution
