Job Description

Enterprise Account Executive role for a fast-growing European ClimateTech scale-up focused on helping large organizations measure, manage, and reduce their carbon footprint.

Job Responsibility

  • Take full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation and closing
  • Drive growth across key industry sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, chemicals, or logistics
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Deliver value-driven solutions to help clients tackle complex carbon management and sustainability challenges
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment with client needs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM records while contributing to broader revenue strategy

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales, managing full sales cycles
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record in enterprise account growth and “Land and Expand” strategies
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, chemicals, or logistics is highly advantageous
  • Interest or experience in climate tech, carbon management, or sustainability solutions
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong analytical capabilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Team player with a proactive mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally between Munich, Berlin, and client sites

Nice to have

  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, chemicals, or logistics is highly advantageous
