Enterprise Account Executive role for a fast-growing European ClimateTech scale-up focused on helping large organizations measure, manage, and reduce their carbon footprint.
Job Responsibility:
Take full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to negotiation and closing
Drive growth across key industry sectors such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, chemicals, or logistics
Build trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Deliver value-driven solutions to help clients tackle complex carbon management and sustainability challenges
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment with client needs
Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM records while contributing to broader revenue strategy
Requirements:
Extensive experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales, managing full sales cycles
Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record in enterprise account growth and “Land and Expand” strategies
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, chemicals, or logistics is highly advantageous
Interest or experience in climate tech, carbon management, or sustainability solutions
CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong analytical capabilities
Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Team player with a proactive mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment
Willingness to travel occasionally between Munich, Berlin, and client sites
Nice to have:
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, construction, chemicals, or logistics is highly advantageous
