We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within Fortune 1000 companies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling ModelOp’s software to enterprise clients, working closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions that address customers’ AI governance and operational needs. ModelOp is the leader in AI Governance software, helping enterprises govern and manage AI and machine learning models at scale. Our solutions empower businesses to operationalize AI with transparency, compliance, and efficiency, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their AI investments.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to acquire new enterprise clients
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing
Drive revenue growth by exceeding quota and pipeline targets
Build strong, lasting relationships with senior executives, data science leaders, and IT stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate AI governance and operational challenges
Deeply understand ModelOp’s solutions and how they align with customer needs
Stay up to date on AI/ML trends, compliance requirements, and competitive landscapes
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize the sales process
Provide customer feedback to inform product development and strategy
Requirements:
5+ years of enterprise sales experience in software/SaaS solutions, preferably in AI/ML, data governance, or related fields
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth in Fortune 1000 accounts
Strong understanding of AI and ML concepts or experience selling to data science and IT teams
Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, engage with multiple stakeholders, and close high-value deals
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger
